Branding

[edit]

I hope you don't mind, but I added an entry for station branding. In my opinion, stations are more likely to change the slogan more often than the on-air branding. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Pentawing (talkcontribs) 19 January 2006

Are totally the wrong articles to link to - completely out-of-context. Analog television and digital terrestrial television are the suitable target articles, which I'm going to change the template to using. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kiand (talkcontribs) 4 January 2006

Recommending "Sister Stations" Entry

[edit]

May I suggest that an entry for sister stations be added to this Infobox? This would come in handy for a station that is part of a duopoly or LMA (such as WNYW and WWOR in the New York City market), or to show the relationship between TV and radio stations under the same ownership in the same city (such as WTMJ-TV with WTMJ-AM and WKTI-FM in Milwaukee). The Radio Station Infobox already has a "Sister Stations" entry, so adding one to this Infobox would be complimentary. Thanks in advance.

Possibly adding the NavHide feature onto the infobox...

[edit]

Is there a chance of adding the NavHide codes onto the layout and if so how will it be done??? WIKIVUE Detroit (talk) MON SEP 03 2007 11:20 PM EDT

CBS Owned Stations

[edit]

Should CBS owned stations KDKA-TV, WBZ-TV, WJZ-TV all which were formerly owned by Group W are affected by the Do not differentiate between brand names. despite they continue to call themselves by their call letters after the transition to CBS News (CITY) as the secondary newscast name. For instance:

"KDKA-TV / CBS News Pittsburgh" "KDKA-TV / KDKA-TV News / CBS News Pittsburgh"
